8th Grade Math Teacher 

Grace-St. Luke's Episcopal School, a dynamic and nurturing private school, seeks an enthusiastic and dedicated 8th Grade Math Teacher to join our faculty. This full-time position involves teaching pre-algebra and algebra to middle school students in a collaborative and engaging learning environment. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Plan and deliver high-quality math instruction that meets diverse student needs.

  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that encourages critical thinking and problem-solving.

  • Assess student progress and provide timely feedback to students and parents.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum and integrate technology effectively.

  • Participate in school life, including extracurricular activities, faculty meetings, and professional development.


Qualifications:
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

  • Teaching experience, preferably in middle school math.

  • Strong communication and classroom management skills.

  • Passion for working with middle school students and fostering a love of math.

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
